Forum of Firms – is an independent Association of international networks of firms that conduct transnational audits. The objective of the Forum of Firms is to promote coordinated and high quality standards of financial reporting and auditing practices worldwide – the Association of firms that conduct transnational audits, and their closer involvement in the activities of IFAC in the field of auditing and other areas related to ensuring trust. Forum of Firms members should demonstrate their commitment to adhere to and promote consistent application of high quality auditing practices worldwide, as detailed in the FOF Constitution.

PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (Washington, USA)) is a private, non-profit corporation established on the basis of the Sarbanes-Oxley Law in 2002 to supervise auditors of public companies. The PCAOB is headquartered in Washington, with regional offices located in different states. The PCAOB was created to protect investors and the public interest by providing information, objectivity and independence of audit reports. The PCAOB has its own standards, the Disciplinary Commission, advisory groups and internal review groups.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine is a non-governmental, non-profitable self-governing organization that voluntarily unites legal entities and citizens of Ukraine registered as entrepreneurs, as well as their associations. Accepts applications from potential investors in Ukraine, ensures the interaction of business throughout the globe.
ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is an international professional association of more than 200 000 professionals in the field of finance, accounting and auditing in more than 190 countries. The main task of the ACCA qualification is to provide professional knowledge of IFRS standards, skills and abilities, as well as professional values in the field of finance, accounting and auditing. ACCA qualification helps financial professionals to build a successful career in any field and complies with international standards of training in the field of accounting IFAC. More than 20 HLB Ukraine specialists have an ACCA DipIFR diploma.
EBRD (European Bank for reconstruction and development) was established in 1991 after the end of the cold war to build a new era in Central and Eastern Europe. The Bank invests in projects that facilitate the transition to an open market economy, as well as the development of private and entrepreneurial activities. HLB Ukraine is EBRD accredited.
FPAAU (Federation of Professional Accountants and Auditors of Ukraine) is the only organization in Ukraine that represents the profession of an accountant and auditor at the international level: is a member of the International Federation of Accountants, founder and member of the Eurasian Council of Certified Accountants and Auditors. Among FPAAU priorities are: raising the level of professionalism of specialists in the field of accounting and auditing and improving the quality of services provided by them. HLB Ukraine auditors are members of FPAAU.
The All-Ukrainian Professional Public Organization «UAU» (All-Ukrainian professional public organization «Union of Auditors of Ukraine») is the most numerous organization of auditors of Ukraine (as at 01.01.2019 more than 948 members of the UAU), which has more than 26 years of professional experience. UAU pays special attention to ensuring the independence of auditors, compliance of auditors’ norms and standards and requirements of the Code of Ethics of the auditor, as well as the quality of audit services through trainings, seminars, webinars on IFRS, IAS, ethics and working documents. Managing Partner and General Director of HLB Ukraine Valerii Bondar in June 2019 was elected to the post of President of the UAU.
